Delivery and Price

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of the order. O'CAOU commits to ship orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen by the Customer. In case of delivery delays, O'CAOU's liability cannot be engaged.

Metropolitan France

  • Home delivery : 8 to 10 working days, Price: 6.95 €, Free for orders over 120 €
  • Delivery to pickup point : 4 to 7 working days, Price: 3.95 €, Free for orders over 120 €

Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg,Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria

  • Home delivery : 4 to 5 working days, Price: 12 €, Free for orders over 120 €
  • Delivery to pickup point: 4 to 6 working days , Rate: €7, Free for purchases over €120

Switzerland

  • Home delivery without signature: 3-4 working days, Rate: €14, Free for purchases over €120
  • Home delivery with signature: 3-4 working days, Rate: €15, Free for purchases over €120

Return and Refund

In the event of a product return, O'CAOU commits to refund the Customer within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product, amount deducted from delivery charges. The refund will be made via the same payment method used when ordering.

The Seller may however defer the refund until the goods are recovered or until the Buyer has provided proof of shipment of these goods, the date considered being that of the first of these events.

In the case of an exchange, the reshipment will be at the Buyer's expense.

We invite you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund cannot be processed.
